Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return an item you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. All items returned in unused original condition with tags attached or in original packaging will be issued a store credit or exchange only. We will not accept damaged or dirty items. This includes items that smell like cigarette smoke! We do not, for any reason, accept returns or exchanges on the following items: beds, carriers, strollers, or treats. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on any seasonal/holiday items, clearance items, personalized items, or special orders. If an item is damaged when it arrives then this must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We can not issue store credits or exchanges for items not reported to us within this time. If you wish to cancel all or part of an order it must be done within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours we will only be able to issue a store credit or exchange. If you wish to return an item that you ordered through our website you must first contact us at info@nixiespetboutique.com. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your item. Please tell us whether you would like to return the items for a store credit or exchange the item. You will then be emailed a return authorization code that must be included with the item you return. Any items received without this code will not receive a credit. Please note that we will not credit any shipping charges and any items returned are sent at your expense. Shipping: Items may take 1-2 weeks to ship. Some items may be available for immediate shipping. If we see that there will be a delay in shipping then we will notify you via email within one week of your order date. If you need shipping information on a specific item then please contact us prior to placing your order. Additional shipping charges will be added to international orders.
